8 sposobów na zaopiekowanie się włosami

8 ways to care for your hair

Are you struggling with fine, dry hair that instead of lying perfectly, seems to have a mind of its own? You’re not alone! Daily challenges of caring for delicate hair can be truly frustrating. Fortunately, there are simple daily rituals that will help you keep your hair well-hydrated, full of life, and voluminous.

1. Washing is fundamental

Try to wash your hair with lukewarm water – hot water can dry it out even more.

Pay attention to whether you’re using a shampoo that lathers well – choose one that will effectively cleanse the scalp and hair.

2. Care for hydration from the inside

Remember that hair care starts from within.

Drink an adequate amount of water every day and add healthy fats to your diet (e.g., avocado, nuts, vegetable oils), which help maintain proper hydration and elasticity of the hair fibers.

3. Choose the right accessories

Use gentle brushes and combs – preferably those made from natural materials. Detangle your hair carefully, starting from the ends and gradually working toward the roots.

4. Avoid high temperatures

Hair dryers, straighteners, or curling irons used too often can significantly worsen the condition of fine hair.

Dry your hair with cool air or let it air-dry naturally. If hot styling is unavoidable, always use heat protection products.

5. At-home strengthening treatments

At least once a week, take a moment for an at-home hair spa.

You can use natural ingredients such as coconut oil, avocado, or aloe, which will intensely moisturize hair, adding softness and shine.

6. Reach for a collagen shampoo

A good example is our Hair Shampoo Volume & Hydration - the hydrolyzed collagen and pea peptides it contains deeply hydrate the hair, helping it regain a natural, beautiful appearance for longer. It’s a formula that lathers very well, so it effectively cleanses the scalp and hair. And it smells wonderful!

The volumizing effect is provided by the active ingredient DENSINARIA™*, which stimulates hair fibers to grow and prevents split ends. Additionally, it protects hair from moisture loss, regenerates, and rebuilds thanks to the active ingredient KERAMARE™*.

7. Opt for intensive therapy

A good shampoo works best paired with a hair mask that complements its action - in this case we recommend Hair Mask Volume & Hydration. We included plant collagen and natural oils in it, which protect the hair structure and shield it from moisture loss.

Thanks to the active ingredient DENSINARIA™*, the mask increases hair resistance to breakage and prevents split ends, while KERAMARE™* supports the reconstruction of keratin fibers. Importantly, the mask does not weigh hair down and makes it easier to detangle both wet and dry. We recommend using it every two to three washes.

8. Act comprehensively

If you want to complete the effect of truly comprehensive care, additionally reach for our Keratin serum for hair and scalp - the phytokeratin it contains strengthens and moisturizes hair, increases its elasticity, and prevents frizz. Meanwhile, arginine stimulates scalp circulation and further smooths the hair.

Use it alternately with the Hair Mask Volume & Hydration – preferably twice a week.

The most important thing is to introduce changes gradually and consistently – then the results can really pleasantly surprise you.

Fingers crossed for beautiful, healthy, and lively hair!
